Terms Of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Florecle Pte. Ltd. ("we"). By using Wkwk, in the app or on the web, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Wkwk for a business, you also agree on behalf of that business.

Who Can Use Wkwk

You must be at least 18 to use Wkwk. By creating an account, you confirm that you are. We may ask you to prove your age, and we'll close accounts that don't meet this requirement. You can't use Wkwk if the law or an earlier ban from us prevents it.

Your Account

You log in with your phone number and a code we text you, so keep that number and your codes safe. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account. Give accurate details, and don't pretend to be someone else. Each account is either personal or business. You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you lose a phone number, its new owner may be able to log in, so update your number before you stop using it.

Your Content

What you post stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, display and deliver it so that Wkwk can work, including showing it to the people you share it with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already received, backups, and anything we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the right to share what you post.

Rules For Using Wkwk

Don't use Wkwk to post, send or do any of the following:

• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anything that exploits or endangers a child.
• Pornography, or sexual content shared without consent.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or encouragement of violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Sharing someone's private information without their permission.
• Illegal content, gambling, or the sale of illegal or dangerous goods.
• Spam, scams, deliberate false information, or impersonation.
• Anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Malware, or attempts to break, overload or scrape the service or get into other accounts.

Reports And Moderation

You can report content and block people in the app. We review reports, and we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. We may also act when an authority lawfully orders us to, and we report child exploitation to the relevant authorities. We don't check everything posted on Wkwk.

We'll normally tell you when we act on your content or account and why. If you think we got it wrong, contact [Contact Email] and a person will review it.

Copyright Complaints

If you think content on Wkwk infringes your rights, send [Contact Email] a description of your work, a link to the content, and your contact details. We'll remove infringing content, and we'll close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.

Businesses On Wkwk

Businesses are responsible for their own profiles, catalogues, prices, offers and assistants, including any automated replies. If you buy something from a business, that deal is between you and the business, and we aren't a party to it.

If you run a business account, you agree to:

• Keep your business information accurate, and follow the law that applies to what you sell.
• Use customers' information only to serve them, and protect it.
• Make sure customers can reach a person if your assistant can't help.
• Cover losses we suffer because of claims about your products or how you used Wkwk.

Other Services

Some features, such as GIF search and translation, rely on other companies, and we aren't responsible for their services. Translations can be wrong, so check anything important.

Calls Aren't For Emergencies

Wkwk can't be used to reach emergency services. Keep another way to call them.

Our Service

Wkwk and its name, logo, Koko and software belong to us. You may use the app for its normal purpose, but you can't copy, resell or reverse engineer it. We may change, add or remove features. We'll give you reasonable notice before a major change that affects you, when we can.

Ending Your Access

You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if you put others at risk, or if the law requires it. Sections that are meant to continue, such as the limits on liability, still apply afterward.

No Guarantees

We work to keep Wkwk running, but we provide it as is and can't promise it will always be available, secure or free of errors. We aren't responsible for what other people and businesses say or do on Wkwk.

Limit Of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, or our liability for anything that can't legally be limited.

Events Outside Our Control

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by things we can't reasonably control, such as network outages, natural disasters or government actions.

Disputes And Governing Law

If you have a problem, contact us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This doesn't remove any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

Language

If we publish these terms in Bahasa Indonesia and the versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version applies to users in Indonesia.

Changes To These Terms

When we make important changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in Wkwk before they take effect. If you keep using Wkwk after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Other Terms

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these terms to someone else. We can transfer them if we merge or sell the company.
